“Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what's left of you.”

― Katie Reed

A healthy balance,
a solid foundation for greater resilience

Do you feel you have enough energy during the day, are you tired but satisfied in the evening, and do you wake up feeling refreshed in the morning? Then you’ve found a good balance. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case for many people.

Why do we lose our balance so quickly?

A challenging job full of varied projects, strict deadlines, demanding clients, all against a backdrop of changing times... It makes working days exciting, but also intense and often tough.

For most people, a second daily task begins at home with children, housework, cooking... And afterwards, perhaps some sport exercises or a few episodes on Netflix to unwind? Family and friends are important too, so we want to see them regularly – and rightly so. And of course, we want to continue developing ourselves through hobbies, sports, culture, outings…

The good things in our lives also demand a lot of energy

What we often fail to realise is that all of this together requires an immense amount of energy. That our lack of energy and the discomfort we may feel is not just due to too much work, but to an excess of opportunities, challenges and activities, and a lack of physical, mental and emotional rest.

Our body sends us signals, through minor or more significant discomforts, telling us it’s becoming too much. But we often do not take the time to feel them, or we don’t see the connection with our lifestyle.

Choosing a healthy balance

means learning to listen to your body’s signals.

What does balance mean to you?

These days, we're inundated by advice and health trends that sometimes even contradict each other, making it hard to see the wood for the trees.

Because trends aren't tailored to your specific needs, they're often not sustainable in the long run or they don't deliver the desired effect.

During the coaching sessions, we'll explore what will support you the most right now. We'll look for clear, achievable advice, fully tailored to your lifestyle and what will work for you.

Balance coaching
how we lay a solid foundation

Awareness through self-reflection

Perhaps your mind is constantly racing and you find it hard to relax? Perhaps you’re not getting enough exercise, or are you pushing yourself too hard with ambitious fitness goals? Perhaps you’re skimping on sleep, or opting for quick meals too often?

Everyone has their own ‘blind spot’ that can lead to numerous issues in the long run. Together, we’ll look at your patterns and identify where you can make the biggest gains.

Achievable building blocks as a solid foundation

Did you know that healthy eating, a good night’s sleep and sufficient exercise can be a great help in enabling you to focus during the day, maintain your creativity and feel energetic? Did you know that proper breathing can work wonders in just a few minutes? Regular short meditation sessions can also help to reduce your stress levels. With small, achievable adjustments, we create lasting changes.

Tailored & step by step

How do you get started? Together, we’ll discover what works for you. For example, getting more exercise could be the turning point that gives you the energy to explore other areas too. It’s not about perfection; it’s about small changes that work for you. Step by step.

And did you know? More balance means more resilience and better self-confidence. That’s how the circle is complete.

The most important outcome of my coaching journey is how my thinking evolved: I became clearer on what matters, more decisive, and more comfortable operating at a senior level. After a few months, the benefits became tangible in my day-to-day work: less overthinking, faster decisions, and more consistent follow-through.

My approach.

we start with an intake

During an intake, we’ll work together to identify your needs and what you want to achieve. To better identify any blind spots and potential issues, your line manager and/or HR manager may also be invited to attend.

We map out a bespoke program

I don’t believe in dogmas, because what works brilliantly for someone else might be completely pointless for you.

That’s why we always work with a program that is entirely tailored to your needs. I constantly tune in to what you need right now and what suits you best.

We evaluate

At the end of the program, we evaluate where you currently stand and what is still needed to integrate this sustainably into your work and your life. Here too, it may be helpful to invite your line manager and/or HR manager.
